Nancy, at least with my home, acted as Alex Wang's main on the ground general. Both are a part of Team Rainmaker with Alex the high level leader and Nancy the on the ground details managing specialist. My home ended up being sold for the highest amount ever for a property in Palo Alto with Mountain View schools. We broke records and Nancy managed every single aspect of all the numerous details that were involved and here again, as I mentioned previously with a review for Alex Wang, with Nancy I could not ask for anything more out of someone occupying this position. Nancy is a carbon copy of Alex and dealing with all the details related to document signing, filling out the disclosures, managing the renovation work we did, keeping that renovation budget down and down to the bare minimum and even down to random packages arriving at the house and advising me of everything. All those details were managed by Nancy with the confident elegance that only comes with people who are confident and know what they are doing.
