Nancy is unbelievable, she's amazingly organized and get's things done! I literally gave her my keys, ideas and my budget and she took care of everything. The final product was better than I could of imagined in terms of making our property ready and perfect for sale. Our unit sold for more than 100K than asking, and since then, there has been no other unit remotely close in selling price. She works for a very reputable realtor and my suggestion is not to skimp on the commission fees, you will make it back in her negotiating and project management skills. I have worked with several agents and she is by far the best!

Nancy Reynolds...WOW!! My friend's mother was ready to list her house in San Jose ASAP, and at that time she was speaking to another real estate agent who was slow, uncommunicative, and actually offered bad advice on where to list her home on price. Thank goodness she never signed a listing agreement because Nancy was incredible! Not only did Nancy move quickly, she strategically marketed the property to get my friend's mom more money in her pocket and negotiated incentives! On top of that, Nancy also helped with the move. My friend's mom is older and didn't have any family to help so Nancy came in and assisted with packing up boxes and being there for her. She is a one-stop shop and over-delivered exceptional service.
